Controlled orders of bulk fly ash in the Midwest region. (KS, MO, OK, TX, NM, & AR). Managed booking of freight with outside vendors for traditional and non-traditional ash. Managed third party Utilities fly ash inventories for sales and disposal. Supervised all fly ash dispatch and daily objectives for 12 company drivers. Monitored all utilities outages scheduled and non-scheduled.

• Promoted to Skip Investigator on the Management Band for consistently achieving 95+% to goal on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 60 to 120 days past due accounts.• Managed over $6M worth of net losses per quarter with results of 97.4% of goal.• Consistently met and exceeded aggressive monthly goals for days in skip, percent resolved, skip expense, & net loss. (days in skip = 103%, percent resolved = 103.9%, skip expense = 109%, net loss = 94.7%) YTD = 101.6% to goal.• Exceeded all KPIs at or above 100% of goal and was selected to work with Los Angeles, a geographical area that was the most difficult to collect past due payments and / or recover collateral.• Appointed as subject matter expert / point person out of 15 Skip Investigators and assisted training of 75+ new employees and Skip Investigation peers in regards to accounts that are difficult to process.• Coordinated outside vendors (high penetrating dealers, attorneys, insurance companies, repossession agents, recovery agents and third party collection or outskips) as an overall strategy that led to achieving and surpassing monthly and yearly goals.• Kansas City Customer Contact Center Excellence Award (4 months out of 12 months in 2007) and selected to conduct several skip investigation classes for all customer service representatives (new or already hired).• Assisted in college recruiting to promote company and opportunity awareness to students.• Member of the Corporate Event Planning Committee that coordinated corporate events.
