Senior Division Coordinator
Current• Provide critical support to the Power Division in the design, development, and implementation of project work plans for development of the Council’s Power Plan and other significant division efforts• Coordinate development and internal review of division publications including the Power Plan• Manage the Power Division’s online presence in coordination with Public Affairs and Power staff, including updating webpages, adding meetings and reports• Support communication efforts for the Power Plan and other critical project and process updates to internal and external stakeholders• Lead for division support of software tools related to project and work management (i.e. Box.com, Smartsheet, GoToMeeting, etc.) and super user of the Council’s website CMS system• Assist in defining topics and scheduling presentations by division staff and external parties for meetings of the Council and Power Committee• Work independently and directly with Council Members to plan and coordinate their review of the Power Plan and other critical division work products as they are developed• Technical lead for setting up and running Power Committee webinars and co-lead for Council meetings• When Council holds meetings at hotels or other venues this position is lead for audio visual management for the meeting, including working with A/V vendors, setting up computers, presentation material, managing presenter needs, and managing webinar set up in the room• Provide Power Plan advisory committee coordination, including scheduling, website updates, and stakeholder communication• Act as project manager for adhoc projects such as website upgrades and other initiatives• Technical lead for webinar tools and audio/visual presentation during advisory committee meetings• Support the RTF manager in tasks related to coordination of meeting, website management, and project management as needed, consistent with support tasks provided in the broader power division
