About Chad Maynor

Military trained professional with over 12 years of service with an ability to perform under pressure and an energetic "can do" attitude. Constantly dedicated to improving myself, the organization and its personnel. As a leader in combat arms in the Cavalry I learned and developed skills that are invaluable; leadership, coaching and mentoring, instructing and training are some of the few. Being responsible and accountable for personnel and costly equipment in high stress situations matured my decision making abilities, risk assessment, situational awareness and keen sense of attention to detail. As I prepare to move forward I am excited to start a new career that is challenging, innovative and fulfilling.
