Proposal Manager
CurrentReview requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop proposal summaries, project plans, and schedules. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal subject matter experts and external partners, consultants, and subcontractors to address the needs of the RFP. Coordinate activities with content writers, editors, illustrators, desktop publishers, finance representatives, and print vendors. Create draft proposal text and assign writing and editing responsibilities as needed. Review each submission for thoroughness, accuracy, compliance, and the quality and effectiveness of the design and layout.
