I oversee the Learning Management System team and maintenance of our sites for current clients, as well as the launch of new sites for clients moving forward. This includes project planning, creating and delivering status reports for clients and our CEO, LMS mock-up design and creation, problem solving, user acceptance testing, and being the most responsive contact possible for our clients. In this role, I have had the pleasure of assisting clients launch major, global training initiatives, and also small targeted modules.I also am in charge of training client LMS administrators on their systems (including international administrators), and demoing the system to prospective new clients. My team brought on or performed major upgrades for a dozen key clients in my first year.One particular project I am proud of was the implementation of new functionality to become GDPR compliant. Leading this effort allows me to be prepared for other data protection requirements coming in the future.Using Azure DevOps, our team has implemented an Agile process for development work on our LMS platform. This is a change of pace for the organization, but has proven to be useful in increasing our productivity and accountability. The great product we've created has allowed me to step in and use CSS skills when needed to customize sites for clients, freeing up extra development time for our team and allowing us to tackle bigger development initiatives.

I had the pleasure to work for Bob Klaffky and under the direct supervision of Vasyl Rabosyuk. In my time at Van Meter, I was able to take on new opportunities that I had not had a chance to work on as a Constituent Aide.I was fortunate enough to be given the responsibility of researching both tax law and landlord-tenant law. Doing this research taught me a lot and also informed my supervisors for their work lobbying on relevant bills in the legislature.The most important thing that I came away from Van Meter with is an ability to do work quickly and correctly. To be able to do this in the political atmosphere that is Columbus, Ohio, was exciting and a great learning experience.

The workshop focused on using social media for business and was put together by the US State Department Delegation Belarus, WorldChicago, and Kip Solutions.I worked with StartingBloc to improve their social media campaign on Twitter for the Detroit '13 Fellowship.I presented a peer learning session to the other fellows, teaching them about Positive Psychology, Positive Education, and how we can use the Well-Being Theory in Social Media Campaigns.
