Chad is a Director of Digital Products and Platforms in Humana's Consumer Strategy, Design, and Transformation team. In his previous role at Humana, he was the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Principal Product Manager leading customer experience strategy and implementation.He's a trusted leader building strategies and products that drive measurable revenue growth, increase marketing ROI, and improve customer experiences (NPS, CSAT). He was a Fortune 500 marketing executive (Windstream, Earthlink) reporting directly to two Chief Marketing Officers. Chad led all digital and omnichannel marketing, martech and data products, demand gen, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and content. As a Big 4 (EY, Deloitte Digital) consulting leader, Chad advised over 25 CMOs and CIOs at many of the world’s largest brands (e.g. Comcast, Disney, Elevance, MetLife, and UnitedHealthcare) on omnichannel, digital, customer experience, marketing, product, and martech strategy and implementation. Chad was a Principal at Adobe, leading marketing and digital transformations in healthcare, media, and entertainment. Chad is a former American Marketing Association Executive Advisory Board member (Atlanta), a university board advisor (Georgia College), and a university lecturer (Iowa State University, Georgia State University).
