As a member of the Project Engineering team, my responsibilities include design, implementation, documentation, and training of an extensive list of technologies. In addition to the technical skills required for this position, this position is also nearly 100% customer facing. Communication and follow through are critical skills required for success. As the lead technical manager, I managed the engineering team. I was responsible for 8 directly reporting engineers. I provided leadership and mentoring to help improve team dynamics, and produce a higher quality, more profitable service. I also provided technical training, solution analysis, and risk assessment to my reports to help enhance their technical abilities.In addition to the management responsibilities of this position, I maintained a steady load of technical work as well.
