In this current role, I oversee full software life-cycle development, including requirements gathering, technical design, data/business process integration, development, and maintenance. One of my key responsibilities is to direct team of 24 developers, database engineers, and business process professionals working with .NET MVC, Azure and Desktop Applications. Moreover, I lead design and direction of new applications based on gathered user requirement.Some key accomplishments associated with this job role include:• Established development team at Naval Special Warfare Development Group from five developers to a team of 21 developers, dbas, process analysts, product managers, and QA specialists.• Managed a portfolio of over 40 internally built applications with a back log of 30 more to be built currently all on a single data lake backend.• Improved visibility into all aspects of the business making decisions easier and more effective for leaders.• Decreased time to answer questions about events through data gathering, analytics and dashboard metric delivery.• Reduced "Time to market" for web-based applications through application and functional templates.

I design and develop game assets and levels for Windows and VR. Interface with various clients to realize their photographic needs, from digital images to photographic prints. One of my key roles is to deliver lectures on photographic subjects from basic camera controls to advanced photo editing. Besides that, I design and update client websites using WordPress and Divi. Furthermore, I developed a VR recreation of a full building from the ground up using Unity, Substance Designer, and Blender. Design 3D assets for a Virtual Reality games, including textures and material development

I was the owner and main photographer. We did weddings, portraits, head shots and model photography to help models create or extend their portfolios. I have closed this business to concentrate on and create a new photography business in the future.

Working with CACI on moving large projects from Delphi to .NET in a web environment using WCF Services and JQuery (AJAX etc) to prevent postbacks and deal with all data requests on the page without refreshes.

Being a key member of the organization, I developed and maintained SharePoint applications for JFCOM and the Joint Staff.
