After MicronPC outsourced their support, I moved to DecisionOne to head their support program for the MicronPC account. I was responsible for all of the Commercial and Server support, and later on had all Consumer support transferred to my team as well.

In charge of support programs for Commercial accounts and Server hardware. Oversaw the transition of server support during the NetFRAME acquisition. Developed an enterprise server support team from scratch. Implemented Service Account Managers for key accounts.
