Developed, implemented and managed an exclusive ecommerce appliance parts brand with 50 market disruptive products that generated $2.2MM+ in new sales for the business in less than 2 years.

Attend field test unit installations to ensure an exceptional consumer experience. Continually communicate with users for feedback on installation experience, initial impressions of unit design, product inspections and trials of newly added features. Schedule and attend in home visits for unit inspections, software updates, repairs, and reworks. Managed logistics of assigned field units to installation contractor. Document and prepare all findings, issues and concerns for presentation to technology leaders, design team and management.

Developed and maintained a prototype component inventory/forecasting/lookup system for the Mission 1 Bottom Freezer project. Used system to identify material shortages and coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers. Implemented and trained operators on part lookup system for lean retrieval of components within stockroom. Managed material flow and production component stock requests. Worked in close contact with design engineer team for prototype component order status, and revision changes. Managed alternate supplier components and the quarantine/disposition of non-conforming parts. Coordinated component rework internally and with outside contractors.

Managed day-to-day operations, production scheduling, and logistics of prototype production for over $1MM in annual sales. Trained and developed up to 12 direct reporting team members for prototype builds and production readiness. Developed prototype processes for conceptual and production intent cable assemblies for gasoline/hybrid electric vehicles. Created and maintained databases of prototype part inventory, process development, assembly serialization, and electrical testing results.

Began as Robotic Technician. Performed calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of over 30 SMT / TH robots and machines. Transitioned into Line Technology Leader. Handled process engineering responsibilities, new product launches, operator training, and maintained all line documentation, work instructions, forms, ect.
