My law practice focuses on all aspects intellectual property, including litigation, patent prosecution, and trademark prosecution. From August 2004 to August 2005, I served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the Honorable Judge Randall Rader, the current Chief Judge. My litigation experience includes representing clients in connection with patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition claims, and trademark oppositions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
