As an entrepreneur I've built, bought, sold several businesses and advised many more. Some successes, some failures but always a lesson learned. As a technologist, I have a deep passion for architecture, the intersection of business priorities and how to realize it. I take pride in making hard-to-change decisions right the first time and managing technical debt as closely as you would debt on a balance sheet.As a leader, it's a journey that never ends and it's one that I enjoy the most. I've made many painful decisions, many that succeeded as planned and many that didn't. Humility is what keeps a leader grounded, especially in difficult times.
