I have broad exposure to all functions within IT including working in a PMO for many years, managing distributed and virtual teams (offshore), being a functional manager and leading teams in the areas of program / project management, application development, operations and support, hosting, quality assurance & control, deployment, demand forecasting and resource capacity planning, platform & infrastructure, security, training, change and release management, and running a business office.
