I worked with clients and their mailing lists. I did maintenance in cleaning data as well as merging and purging the lists for the mailings of the clients' material. At times, I get clients who want my to create the mailing pieces as well. I also construct mailing lists by use of Access 2003 or 2007 to create queries that will act as mailing lists. I also run and print materials for mailing. I schedule the jobs for production and troubleshoot printer and computer problems when they occur.

I did manual inspections of incoming discs. Manual inspections included looking for scratches, mismatches, and cracks. If the sleeves were in bad shape, I would query the database through scanning a barcode to reprint a new label and apply it to a new sleeve. I setup computers for the sorting lines and ran two sorter lines. When ever problems would arise on the sorter line, I would troubleshoot and fix the problems when they occur.

I worked with children on the residential floor. I administered medications, helped children with homework, and transported children to school. I had the pleasure of working in a special unit of 6 children with a 1:3 ratio of returning home. When they were away at school, I tended to the apartments and cleaned. I also helped de-escalate children with proper regulatory safe crisis management.
