IVC has won numerous Pollie and Reed awards for creative digital media, including the prestigious “Campaign of Excellence” award for best initiative campaign in the nation from the AAPC in 2019. IVC Media is best known for conducting the voter education effort for California’s successful nonpartisan top-two primary proposition and for shattering third-party online fundraising records by raising more than $10 million from 200,000 individuals for a third-party presidential candidate in 2016. IVC Media has offices in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico.Chad earned his law degree from the University of San Diego, where he was President of the International Arbitration Team and remains involved with the team as a voluntary coach. Chad was born and raised in San Diego, California where he maintains a home with his wife, son, and daughter in El Cajon.
