Citrix TRMs provide a dedicated, highly technical, single point of contact for global enterprise-level Citrix customers. TRMs build a strong relationship with key technical contacts within the customer organization, and develop an in-depth understanding of the customer environment and technology deployment road map. The TRM is a trusted adviser and represents the customer inside Citrix, helping to avoid pitfalls and extract the maximum benefit from their investment in Citrix technology. When the customer encounters issues, the TRM will either resolve them personally or ensure that the correct Citrix resources engage to achieve a timely and satisfactory resolution for the customers. Citrix TRMs are the highest level technical resources for troubleshooting, consulting, and product representation within the company.
