About Chad Atwell

With my deep experience as a compensation practitioner, consultant, and technologist, I focus on how organizations can optimize both the design and the delivery of compensation for a global workforce. Every compensation decision at an organization can build trust or erode it. I work collaboratively across HR disciplines, other departments, the ELT and boards/committees to drive business results to create engaging experiences with compensation and rewards.
