I have worked with a number of fundamental technologies over the last couple of decades building a variety of custom data integration solutions. I have proven myself as a problem solver and innovative thinker not only looking for the best solution to the immediate problem but also looking for the underlying causes of the problems. I've managed teams from six employees to 20+ employees designing, developing, and supporting ETL integrations. I have a broad base of experience from multiple industries from education to business process modeling to high tech manufacturing and now software development and ETL data integration.My interest are in developing applications for data transformation, storage, and retrieval and developing data models.
