Led client/account management initiatives with one of EMC’s largest global accounts, with a 50/50 time split between net new business development and expansion of existing initiatives. Represented and evangelized EMC's entire product line (including EMC storage, VMware, Pivotal, RSA, VCE, and Managed Services) to the Citigroup account. Oversaw global deployments of Citi’s private cloud as well as application modernization, cloud-native app development, and DevSecOps consulting engagements (with transaction sizes ranging from $5M to $100M).

Provide technical and strategic direction in supporting enterprise accounts. I serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers on their journey to the cloud, helping customer's to store, manage, protect and analyze their most valuable asset — information — in a more agile, trusted and cost-efficient way.

• Manage enterprise client accounts and aide in problem determination for technical issues pertaining to POWER Systems and AIX related products• Coordinate resources both internal and external to IBM to resolve client issues• Work closely with IBM Onsite Account teams to provide complete solutions to clients• Provide training to the advanced support team via formal classes• Provide skills transfer to the support team via written documentation, etc.• Handle sensitive client critical situations • Perform cross-team collaboration throughout the entire IBM Support organization
