As Chief Executive Officer of The Thrasher Group, a dynamic, growing Engineering/Architecture firm, I lead a diverse workforce across ten offices in seven states. Once a small-town civil engineering firm, Thrasher has scaled to provide engineering, environmental, architecture, construction services, and survey expertise to a variety of markets across much of the Mid-Atlantic region. Empowering people, building connected teams built for success and adapting our company to meet ever-changing business challenges has been my professional focus and greatest strength. Starting my career as a construction inspector, I cut my teeth working at every level at Thrasher before rising to the role of CEO. My engineering background and competitive drive make me a determined problem solver, while my passion for economic development and improving communities allows me to forge deep partnerships with public and private clients.
