I was ready to re-enter the cubical to give this a spin.Workflow turned out to be everything I wanted for a business automation platform. The ability to switch between visual scripting, and C# was perfect. The visual troubleshooting and logging capabilities made it possible to create large scale automated systems with full accountability.In this position, I mostly assisted users with client software on the help desk. When a project came in, I worked with the Workflow Designer and developed REST/SOAP based integrations for data routing.I enjoyed using my experience in business automation to design workflows that have a huge impact on productivity and accountability.

Computer Logistics is a managed service provider specializing in providing an in-house IT experience to customers looking to outsource IT.It was time to get out of the cubical, on my feet, and try out some traveling managed service support.I was part of the managed service team as 1 of 2 final escalation engineers. My duty was to drive major problems to resolution and manage major incidents for local Business, Medical, and Government clients. I worked on-site at different sites each day. I enjoyed the mixed challenges and constant environment changes in this position.

Working at Datawise was a huge step up in my career where I was able to work directly with development to create a "software as a service" solution when the idea was still new to the industry, automate internal departmental processes with custom scripting and HTA applications, design a centralized software update management system to upgrade servers across the US automatically and report statuses, develop automated software load testing systems, and manage all IT related tasks from purchasing to deployment.I enjoyed the responsibility and freedom to improve processes in this position. I also enjoyed working with developers.
