In my role I have the privilege of promoting a mission focused on raising up multiplying disciples in the mainstreams and grassroots of our great city. Specifically our strategy focuses on the college campus, neighborhoods, workplaces and local churches. Our city team in Minneapolis - St. Paul includes over 60 staff employees and hundreds of others living and leading out of this same Calling in their unique contexts. It is our passion in the coming years to make The Navigators a better home for all the diverse people of the Twin Cities and do so, it is our commitment to pray, partner, and prioritize to this end. The Navigators exist to "Know Christ and to Make Him Known" while helping others to do the same.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

I direct a national discipleship movement among millennials in 25 U.S. cities. Our passion is to see young adults thrive in their walks with Christ and in their ministry to their peers: where they live, work, and play. My role is to bring vision, inspiration, and hands on coaching to our leaders while also exercising collaborative leadership with our Navigator campus and military ministries. Our mission has 60 paid staff and volunteers.
