I work closely with a team of 10+ Federal Account managers in my assigned territories to structure deals that enable our customers to renew all the software/hardware expected annually, as well as expand and co-term new licenses accurately and on time.My responsibilities include managing an annual renewal stream north of $40M, providing precise forecast of renewals business and incremental net new sales on a weekly basis. I also collaborate daily with cross functional teams to ensure my customers have updated information and the ability to deploy and manage assets.In addition, I coordinate meetings and communications between various stakeholders within the government, system integrators, federal resellers and distribution to track numerous renewals of all sizes. The end goal is to ensure entitlements successfully flow to the respective customers specific period of performance as well as to tackle and assist with any issues that arise allowing the Department of Defense to keep this world a better place.

I worked directly with Enterprise Customers, Partners, and Distributors before during and after the renewal process. I helped make sure that customers had up to date and current maintenance on all their security software allowing them to work and play freely in a connected world.

I worked on the Site Licensing Team where I managed Enterprise accounts in the Southern California area. These were multi-million dollar contracts between Symantec and the customer where I was the main point of contact. It was my responsibility to ensure all the terms and conditions were met/followed during the term of the contract for their security needs.

I operated and managed a multi-million-dollar 6 color sheet fed printing press for the home entertainment industry. I worked closely with customers on a daily basis helping their vision become a reality.
