Current Role & Responsibilities;Supply Chain Co-Ordinator:◦ Responsible for long-term production forecasting and ensuring stocks of all raw materials/consumables are managed and purchased to meet demand requirements◦ Manage production planning and breakdown of quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily in-house requirements to meet output demands. ◦ Maintain positive supplier relations and ensuring timely and feasible intake of goods◦ Managing all Goods Out requirements, including international and national freight, engaging with customs and revenue, managing, processing and preparing all orders from retailers, including multiple large national listings◦ Ensuring accurate record keeping, traceability and corresponding accounting details of all raw materials/consumables/finished goods. ◦ Responsible for all internal procurement of goods/ingredients/supplies/equipmentLine technician:◦ Upkeep and maintenance of all production machinery◦ Managing engineering queries with 3rd party providers◦ Provision of SOPs and training/usage of equipmentNew Product Development (NPD) Project Co-Ordinator:◦ Preparing Annual timeline for new product launches and managing project deadlines◦ Sourcing of all new ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials for sampling and use in projects◦ Managing artwork design and production of new packaging materials, liaising between graphic designers and material suppliers to ensure accurate, legislatively-compliant outer packaging which aligns with the branding of All Real Nutrition◦ Developing costing models and nutritional/formulation models for all new products due to be launched.◦ Carrying out feasibility tests for all product ideas before proceeding to trial

Duties included;◦ Day to day by-hand production of all protein bars produced by All Real Nutrition◦ Managing all NPD related projects, including; • The recipe development and launch of 3 new-flavour limited edition seasonal protein bars in 2021 • Changes in packaging requirements and corresponding recipe formulations◦ Line technician and machine maintenance responsibilities for all industrial equipment used in the production of goods◦ Operating customer support e-mail to ensure positive experiences for all users of All Real's services

Employed primarily on night-shifts during busy weekend periods.Duties include;Operating as front of house staff to serve customers and prepare orders.Working in an extremely fast paced-environment has allowed me to gain great experience in multitasking and time management to satisfy customers in an efficient and orderly manner.Maintenance of hygiene standards was paramount, with regular cleaning of kitchen, lobby and seating areas taking place, as well as a deep clean of the entire premises following closing.Working shift work has enabled me to further develop my strong work ethic and ability to work under varying circumstances.

Industrial placement role carried out as requirement of Honours DegreeWithin this role I acquired excellent first-hand experience of practical engagement with the brewing industry.Throughout the duration of this internship I progressed to carry out full brewday processes unassisted and functioned extremely well when granted the autonomy to deal with large responsibilities.Daily roles included general maintenance, hygiene and analytical roles conducive to the production of a high quality product. I was granted the opportunity to carry out impactful product development based trials while also being largely involved in the development of a low-alcohol beer.

Positive performance appraisal and completion of tasks to a very high standard resulted in the provision of responsibility to oversee an entire contract department during weekend shifts. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills were required to guarantee the efficient operation of departmental processes, whilst also communicating effectively with senior staff, engineers, customers and any relevant stakeholders. Working within a fast-paced, target-driven contact centre has enabled me to develop excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to operate in a professional manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.
