Chad Roberts is an Organizational Development leader with over 20 years of experience in helping leaders maximize the potential of their employees and teams. He is passionate about elevating both individuals and organizations through change management, leadership development, strategic planning, and individual and group coaching.Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from Appalachian State University. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Talent and Organization Development (MSTOD) from Queens University of Charlotte. Additionally, he has obtained Graduate Certificates in Executive Coaching and Talent Management. Chad is certified in both the DiSC and Workplace Big Five personality assessments. He is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®).
