Chad A. Stine, President & CEO joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 1999 after graduating from Penn State University. He started as a retail leasing agent at Bennett Williams and was made a partner and promoted to Vice President in 2008. Chad was most recently promoted to President & CEO of the company in 2012.Chad specializes in investment property sales and acquisitions, as well as tenant and landlord representation. Chad currently represents close to ten million square feet of retail space for sale or lease across Central Pennsylvania. His primary focus is new construction development and leasing, as well as site selection for national tenants such as Aldi, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Advance Auto, Dunkin Donuts, The Greene Turtle, AT&T, and Little Caesars, just to name a few.Some of Chad's recent notable transactions include the sales of Kingston Square Shopping Center, a portfolio of Five Guys STNL investments, Shippensburg Shopping Center, Perryville Medical Center, Randolph Park, Newberry Pointe, Supercenter Plaza, and dozens of other shopping centers and single tenant net leased investments.In 2016, Chad joined the Capital Markets Real Estate Network (CMRE). CMRE is comprised of the most highly-qualified, best-experienced independent Capital Market real estate professionals. From 2007 through 2017, Chad was awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for "Top Retail Leasing Brokers for the Philadelphia Region." Chad is an active member of the ICSC and attends all northeast conventions and the national convention in Las Vegas every year.
