    My role at Toshiba gave me the freedom to explore my style of creative management blending team building and analytics. I received a promotion in early 2015 where I managed the Aftermarket Sales team for all 8 regions as well as the new Business Development team for the Aftermarket.I managed the largest team in the country. In addition to my management role, I was involved in several projects that included a national demonstration of an automated system that I partnered to design for our CRM (SEE PROJECTS). I worked on a team developing a new National Aftermarket Training Process/Playbook that included topics from sales methodology for recurring sales in an inside sales model, CRM reporting and deep analytics, social selling through platforms like LinkedIn, and best practices for developing a strong and unified sales team. I also worked with vendor partners to develop a deeply engaged and strategic relationship.As of my one year anniversary my team was able to show up to a 40% growth year over year moving to a team that achieved over 115% to quota. The results were achieved by reorganizing the team and the processes. I focused on hiring new reps and building a system of metrics and accountability. The team is now at 100% Salesforce usage which allows for detailed reporting. As a team they have averaged a 95% closing ratio on new quotes growing new business revenue by 20%. We implemented a new online ordering system to streamline the process and add a layer of accountability. Thanks to the success of the current team we also now have an advanced bonus structure that allows the individual team members to reach several levels of bonuses and an overall bonus for everyone when we overachieve as a team.We have also added a focus on social selling techniques to build deeper internal and external relationships with all levels of Toshiba employees and our entire customer base.
