He was the lead consultant for the development of a centralised criminal record and law enforcement information system for the Royal Grenada Police Force. He started his entrepreneurship journey by establishing Sonover Inc, a Grenada based software company that partners with organizations regionally and Internationally to facilitate their planning, design, development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives. He then went on and established Qualishore a Business Process Outsourcing provider that emphasises the use of technology in its offerings.
