I am currently supervising a 5 man team responsible for enrolling 2400+ Windows Servers into the corporate patching and vulnerability management program. Daily responsibilities involve the development and leadership of the team, leading the co-operative design of the patching and vulnerability program and it's processes, socializing both the project and the program with Leadership and Application Owners and development of accurate compliance data reporting utilizing data from a variety of systems.

I provide support for various technologies that comprise the User desktop environment including Active Directory, Citrix and Desktop Authority while also providing localized support for VmWare, Exchange 2010 and Microsoft SQL server to member hospitals . Currently, I am providing support for a member hospital as they migrate their Active Directory infrastructure and carry out a major Electronic Health Records system deployment.

Senior systems engineering and technical resource for a New England based energy company with locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. Responsible for active directory, MS Exchange, VMware,Citrix Enviroments ( Both XenApp and XenDesktop) and NetApp Storage Arrays. Administered over 100 Windows and Linux based application servers and the roles supported by those servers.

Managed all facets of IT Operations for a regional class 2 railroad operating over 700 miles of track in Vermont, Maine and Quebec.

Administration of corporate LAN/WAN and desktop environments for a Canadian based ISP with multiple locations in Maine and New Hampshire.

Administered both internal and customer MS Windows NT/ 2000 based LAN/WAN and Internet resources. Developed and implemented customized hardware and networking solutions for clients as well as provided support and maintenance for existing systems. Served as Project Manager for the development team on several projects as well as developing and maintaining websites utilizing ASP and Cold Fusion.

Managed the development of multiple high profile international Internet sites as well as many domestic ones. Oversaw the design and development of Linux based webhosting and email environments to support design projects. Frequently interfaces with customers both foreign and domestic to facility project realization. Directly supervised 6 member production and support staff.
