Set reserve estimates, made compensation payments to injured workers, negotiated compromise and release settlements, stipulated awards, authorized courses of medical treatment, expedited the injured workers’ return to suitable gainful employment, served as an expert witness for SCIF in trials, and represented SCIF at pre-trial hearings, settlement conferences, mediations and arbitrations.
