Current• Supervise relationships with University academic departments and faculty.• Coordinate the efforts of Independent Study's Faculty Consultants assigned to coordinate with departments and to identify and support faculty in University courses.• Recruitment, assignment, support, supervision and evaluation and termination of faculty engaged to teach BYU Independent Study high school courses.• Maintain a pool of qualified teachers, oversee their orientation and training, and monitor their performance in teaching and responding to students and Independent Study personnel.• Oversee the operations of the high school academic record program.
