I work in the processing department, where we process raw materials and spray dry them into infant formula. The job involves running DELTA V, which is the automation system we use to control all of our equipment. I am a Control Room Operator, so most of my job is controlling the neutralization tank builds and running the spray drying through DELTA V. Extreme attention to detail is required while doing this, for quality and safety. We also use SAP and WINS for management of our materials. We fill out batch records, record dates, times, batch numbers, quantities, and also audit the batch records for errors. My job is fast paced and requires a high attention to detail and quality since we are dealing with such a delicate product.
