I received Wells Fargo Home Mortgage National recognition awards for Volume Funded from 2004 to 2012, after which the Joint Venture with Wells Fargo Home mortgage was terminated. Within Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC (formerly Prosperity Mortgage Company, a Joint Venture with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage) I received recognition awards for Volume Funded from 2004 to 2013, after which I left that company. Started with Caliber home Loans in August of 2014, which allowed me to expand my business to the Denver Metro area and beyond. With Caliber Home Loans, I was in the top 1/2 of 1% of all mortgage originators in Volume funded for varying months from 2016 to 2020, and for total annual volume in 2020, 2021, and 2022. After Caliber Home Loans was acquired by NewRez, LLC in January 2023, I spent months researching potential options, and ultimately chose Union Home Mortgage as the best fit for my proven approach to my clients.
