Constantly pursued new opportunities for the planning and implementation of mobility and relocation assistance services, right-of-way and real estate acquisition, valuation, feasibility, engineering design support, and other customized services to deliver critical infrastructure development, sustainability, recovery, and resiliency projects. Managed the Fresno RDA's affordable housing program. Charged with developing projects to enahance Fresno's supply of affordable housing through the development of new housing and the rehabiltation and repositioning of existing housing. Proactively created partnerships with other local housing agencies. Aggresively pursued additional funding sources to strenghten and leverage the Agency's position in deals and leverage 20% Housing Setaside. Actively sought development partners for Agency owned properties and negotiated financial agreements to assist in project delivery to the market. Assisted with the financing and development of critical downtown redevelopment projects that served the Agency's mission. Acquired property for Agency projects and provided relocation services to displaced persons.

Assisted in the development of the Fresno Area and associated sub-markets in the Central Valley as part of the formation of the New Central Valley Region. Duties included the acquisition, entitlement and development of land, market analysis, and development of trade partner base. Managed the delivery of three new home communities including home sales, marketing and construction. Developed and maintained relationships with local civic and service organizations to increase brand awareness and visibility. Developed and maintained key relationships with other influencers in communities where K. Hov developed homes.

Split service time as a member of a Patriot Missile Launcher Team and working in Command Post Operations function. Deployment to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Proudest achievement of my time in service was participating in Funeral Detail and giving final honors to those soldiers who came before me.
