Responsibilities:Brought in by IntegraOptics to set corporate strategy and turnaround an underperforming acquisition. As President of the IntegraLED division, oversaw complete day-to-day operations and management of ten direct reports which included the original founders. After a brief initial assessment, immediately took on the process of rebuilding complete business strategy and approach from the bottom up. As a member of the IntegraOptics executive team and officer of IntegraLED, had full P&L responsibility, managed relationships with vendors and incentive sourcing partners, set strategy and aligned business requirements with staffing.
