• Monitoring of backup jobs and back logs on SQL Server and client servers• Respond to issues within time determined by SLA.• Handle entry level database tasks for SQL Server• Database and Operating System troubleshooting and problem resolution in environments including SQL and Windows• Maintain documentation in Word and Excel• Manipulate scripts in Shell and VBS related to monitors and automation of checks• Work closely with Senior DBAs to assist in monitoring the clients environment• Multi-Task as needed when multiple issues arise such as an unplanned Failovers, High running CPU, long running jobs, server reboots, etc.• Apply Customer Relationship Management(CRM) best practices

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of complex commercial/real estate problem loans for the Private and Wealth Banking• Restructuring and negotiating credits with borrowers that typically have a high net worth • Performing financial and legal risk evaluations of credits to mitigate the loss to the bank.• Reviewing strategies and payment structures• Formulating litigation strategy by interfacing with both in-house and outside legal counsel during litigation when necessary.• Participation in mediation with borrower and outside counsel in a face to face meeting to attempt resolution.• SAFE Registered.
