► I was awarded Rookie of the Year (Pinnacle Peak Realty) in '95, I knew my forward-thinking, and unique approach was headed in the right direction. ► Before the Internet, I was implementing 360 HD presentations, including the first-ever Desert Mountain (Scottsdale.) It revolutionized the way resale homes were being presented and sold in that area. Again, thoughtful innovations brought my clients success as we closed over $70M in sales.► Soon after, I was hired to cultivate a new project (Oil Nut Bay - British Virgin Islands.) This spectacular destination became home to outspoken icons including my inspiration, friend and neighbor, Sir Richard Branson. I was recognized by different publications for my implementation of ideas that helped make the island as self-reliant/powered as it could be. ► Back in AZ, I was honored to assist the Four Seasons Hotel/Resort project known as Pravada. A revolutionary power grid that enabled homes to power themselves. I was also hired by the famous architect, David Hovey to sell many of his award-winning properties in the Northeast Valley. ► I also took a position with the Valley’s largest law firm, Learner and Rowe to help during the housing crisis. I personally closed over 200 Short Sales and had a 99% closing ratio. Hardly anything stood in my way when it came to helping my clients avoid the worst. I'm very proud of that, and it was then that I became involved in a very high profile case in which I was able to bring this family back from an extremely traumatic situation and convinced all parties to donate all proceeds over to the Silent Witness program to help this family and others that experience extreme unfortunate situations. ► My experience, ethics, honesty, are transparent. My communication style brings relief to many people in a business that’s easy to get into, but not so easy to remain. Especially at the level I take my clientele. I love creating calm, hassle-free experiences.
