Higher Circle is a crowdfunding platform that originally was a subsidiary of Golden Mean Capital, LLC that ended up a completely separate venture. Higher Circle Inc. helps entrepreneurs in Sub Saharan Africa get funding for their small businesses in many sectors including agriculture, education, medical and retail. While working at Golden Mean Capital, LLC one of my many duties were to dedicate a significant amount of time to R&D for Higher Circle. Once the project began development it was clear that the project deserved and needed more time in order to make it a success. From that time in April 2011 I transitioned from Sales Manager of Golden Mean Capital, LLC to Marketing and Business Development of Higher Circle Inc. My duties included but weren't limited to:Recruiting and managing interns for R&D, writing and developing the business plan, designing the mock ups and UX wireframes, designing the revenue model, identifying partnerships,identifying target demographic while developing methods to penetrate this market.

While working at Golden Mean Capital, LLC I utilized a lead generator and made hundreds of cold calls daily to executives of large firms and Accredited Investors to raise a $3 Million equity component for a palm oil investment in Cheetah Palm Oil in Ghana, Africa with projected 11x returns.While at Golden Mean Capital, Higher Circle Inc. started out as a division of Golden Mean Capital, which flourished into a separate entity and because I was the director/creator of this project I transitioned into working work for Higher Circle Inc., which is owned and managed by an executive of Golden Mean Capital. Responsible for the recruitment and management of interns including; scheduling, daily research processes and guiding the team to reach milestones. Developed a profitability presentation for potential investors in a Ghanaian company that processes palm oil - Global Cheetah Palm Oil.Responsible for cold calling an average of 200 leads daily to gain investors in Global Cheetah Palm Oil. Lead acquisition and lead management from various sources. Handled all sales callbacks, logging notes for sales calls and pursued investors. Managed the research and development process of the business model and wrote the business plan for Higher Circle Inc. from market opportunity to operational plan. Assisted in the design and creation of the features of the platform.
