At the end of January 2013, began directing the benefits function for a rapidly growing leader in security solutions for major corporations throughout the US. In addition, involved in Affordable Care Act (ACA) strategy and implementation. Overseeing the 401(k) Plan merger of a large company acquired in 2012. Past consulting project involved the implementation of benefit plans for a large manufacturing located in Norcross, GA after a major acquisition in May 2011. Functioned as the project manager of the re-implementation of the outsourced benefits administrator.

Directed HRIS, Records and Analytics for Grady Health System. The department was responsible for complying with all standards set by employment law or healthcare regulators, such as the Joint Commission. Formed the cross-functional team to prepare for the conversion and implementation to Oracle / PeopleSoft this year. Lead a team of analysts to create meaningful management reports to enable the health system to track, monitor and improve employee productivity. Transitioned payroll from current to arrears pay.

Converted Divisions to a standardized department protocol which impacted the Point of Sale, Employee Sales Productivity, HR, credit, and budgeting systems. Designed and implemented the calculation of retail overtime in order to comply with FLSA.
