• Inspect labels received from vendors on the Global Text Verification System.• Inspect and test components to engineering drawings and specifications (cartons, caps, glass, labels, bottles, platforms, etc.). • Testing included the use of calipers, micrometers, AQL rulers, Retention/Pull Force machine, leakage testing as well as other inspecting tools. • Completed dimensional testing using the OGP SmartScope system (CMM experienced).

Sanford, Nc

Once components (cartons, caps, glass, tubes, blister cards, platforms, etc) were received from the vendor my duties include completing a full inspection to ensure the quality conformed to our specifications. Testing included the use of calipers, rulers, pin gauges, Retention/Pull Force machine, dyne testing, etc. I used CAD drawings on the daily basis to ensure component compliance was within company specifications. I also helped gather information for rejects and create non-conformance's using the 8D method.

Fayetteville, North Carolina Area

Test samples of each skid of rubber. Place the appropriate labels on each skid to send into production. Here I utilized testing devices including rheometers, static/gravity testing, tensometers, hand gauges, hand presses, and rulers. Also investigates non-conformance's during inspections.

I patrolled the air force base including the flight line. Made routine traffic stops as needed. I provided security for events on post as well. Duties also included ensuring the safety of all base weapons, property and personnel from hostile forces, conducting investigations into any on-base incidents, the apprehension and detainment of suspects, securing crime scenes, as well as testifying in judicial proceedings.
