Oversaw the venue's COVID-19 compliance efforts particularly as they relate to touring shows and shows produced by The Hanover Theatre. Assisted a socially responsible company in their exploration of potentially launching a nonprofit or NGO sister arm. Muya employs local Ethiopian artisans to produce contemporized versions of traditional Ethiopian crafts while offering substantially high wages and connecting employees to social services.

Worked with undergraduate Exercise and Health Sciences students fulfilling their capstone internship - a 12-credit, comprehensive and experiential learning opportunity. Met with students to discuss their career and educational goals, fostered relationships with community partners who host student interns, and facilitated the placement process of interns during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Helped volunteers build a commitment to the museum and a sense of community with each other. Developed, implemented, and oversaw a comprehensive program of volunteerism, including recruiting, scheduling, supervising, and training. Project-managed major, volunteer-intensive events.

Focused on group and individual identity discovery, both within and outside of the faith context. Provided a supportive, welcoming, and casual environment where youth could engage in discussion, play games, and develop social and leadership skills.
