As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in evaluating laws and regulations, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout my career.I was recently a Patient Care Specialist at RISE Mundelein. (Green Thumb Industries) While at RISE, I picked up valuable knowledge on cannabis consumption and the benefits that it offers. I developed an ever-growing passion to expand and share my knowledge to help reverse the stigma that cannabis can have. My responsibilities at RISE were to assist medical patients and recreational guests in finding not just a cannabis strain, but a method of consumption that would best fit their needs and comfort level. I was also responsible for verifying each patient/guest's identity and processing transactions in a timely manner while remaining in accordance with state regulations and compliance.I was previously an Assistant Store Leader for GameStop. To me, being a leader means that you have to lead by example, so I never ask my employees to do something that I wouldn't. My job was to establish and enforce clear goals to keep my employees working collaboratively, while also identifying and correcting performance and personnel issues to reduce the impact on business operations.I was previously a Print & Marketing Specialist at Staples. My job is to find solutions for small businesses looking for posters, banners, business cards, postcards, invitations, and many other print products. Some of my biggest accomplishments have come through exemplary customer service honors and assisting my team in exceeding sales plans.
