I thought I’d finally made it.BUT, after 15 years, I was still working 100 hours a week during the busy season.I owned a multi-million dollar business with my brother. We had built the largest Christmas lighting business in Los Angeles with a world-renowned client list.I had my fourth kid on the way…But with no end in sight to a work schedule, this made me an absentee dad for six months.The same thing happened way back 27 years when I was a Rocket Scientist at Boeing/Rocketdyne.
