• Responsible for using analytic and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance Supply Chain processes and systems to support the distribution of parts across North America• Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations to support Supply Chain management planning and operations• Gathers, analyzes, interprets and clearly presents data to facilitate Supply Chain processes and strategic decisions• Produces adhoc and power queries for Purchasing and Demand Planning activities• Develop comprehensive supply chain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI• Supports Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting• Provides data extraction and analytic support to Category Teams for annual costing exercise• Investigates issues and identifies root causes, providing recommendations for solutions to improve service to Customers and efficiency in the Supply Chain• Maintains ongoing industry knowledge of best practices in Planning and Supply Chain• Collaborates with cross functional areas and maintains good working relationships to meet company objectives• Supports Supply Chain projects and system implementations• Maintains and recommends improvements for Process Maps and Work Instructions• Special Projects as assigned• Additional duties as assigned
