I have built my research career on nanotechnology since 2013.My research focuses on nanoparticle development and their biomedical applications including optical imaging, drug delivery, photothermal therapy, radiation therapy, and cancer immunotherapy. Nanotechnology: nanoparticle synthesis including liposomes, silica, mesoporous Silica, PLA, PLA/PLGA, iron oxide, and carbon nanoparticles.: Drug encapsulation : Characterization including size, morphology, surface charge, composition, drug loading efficiency using various analytical instrument (microscopes, mass spec, HPLC): Surface modification and conjugation for biomedical applications (i.e. drug delivery, bioimaging).Biological research: In-vivo optical imaging including fluorescence and MRI: Photothermal therapy (PDT): X-ray photothermal therapy (X-PDT): Radiation therapy: Strong background on mammalian cell and small animal study: Molecular biological study including immunostaining, ELISA, and flow cytometry
