Management has always been second nature. Being a restaurant manager has helped me acquire many skills over the past five years. During my time as manager i have become a great problem solver and fast decision maker under pressure. In food service everything is sensitive and fast paced. My job has always required me to multitask, whether its ensuring proper work flow or customer satisfaction with many variables in between. Many of the skills and lessons i have learned over the years shape who i am today and have taught me to translate those skills into my everyday life.
