- Perform Temperature Mapping Qualifications and Validation Services on a large variety of controlled environment equipment (Freezers, Incubators, Refrigerators, Stability Chambers, Warehouses, etc.), sterilization equipment (autoclaves and dry heat ovens), a multitude of laboratory and analytical equipment, and cleanroom suites;- Responsible for the execution of Installation and Operational Qualification Protocols, and in some cases may be required to provide technical assistance during the execution of Performance Qualification, Process Validation, or Cleaning Validation and Environmental Monitoring studies;- Required to support and execute the calibration segments of the Operational Qualification and be familiar with all associated test equipment;- Prepare detailed reports based on the results of validation and qualification studies for proper customer review of the fully executed protocols;- Identify deviations from established validation acceptance criteria, provide recommendations for resolving deviations, and work directly with the customer to document an appropriate and effective deviation report;- Build customer relationships by offering help beyond daily task list, leveraging the company’s knowledge base to support customers’ calibration and validation programs.

- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (in-house or on-site);- Choose appropriate training methods per customer (simulation, mentoring, on the job training, etc);- Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with Managers and Supervisors – schedules location, date/time, materials, and attendance;- Develops, coordinates, schedules and maintains all training courses and programs;- Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data;- Communicates data and reports as needed; - Manages training materials stipulated by regulations;- Researches training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines;- Assists with greeting visitors in the building;- Design and prepare educational aids and materials;- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records;- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.- Performs other related duties as assigned;

- Perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment;- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using test instruments;- Measure and adjust digital and analog instrumentation using calibration equipment;- Install, modify and repair equipment;- Provide technical support to customers and other field technicians.- Perform IQ/OQ on various types of machinery.

- Planting, harvesting, pruning, irrigating and thinning of fruit-bearing trees and plants.- Responsible for maintaining the presentable and sale-able condition of fruit and produce.- Maintained farm equipment including machinery and buildings by keeping them clean and in proper working condition.- General grounds keeping including mowing, tree removal, and pest removal.- Construction of additional buildings and fences.- Provided customer service, stocked farm stand with fresh produce and fruit and performed housekeeping duties.

- Environmental oversight during the removal of residential and commercial underground storage tanks (USTs) and soil excavation for petroleum storage at numerous sites. Duties have included achieving closure of spills in accordance with New York State department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) environmental regulations and within estimated costs;- Environmental oversight and direction during the installation of test borings and groundwater monitoring wells at petroleum spill sites;- Operation of Geo-probe drill rig, environmental oversight and direction during the installation of soil borings and groundwater monitoring wells at petroleum spill and de-watering sites in New York;- Completed oversight and monitoring Vacuum Enhanced Fluid Recovery remedial operations to reduce soil and groundwater contamination at numerous fuel oil impacted sites;- Conducted groundwater monitoring and sampling at numerous fuel oil impacted sites;- Conducted quarterly groundwater sampling for municipal road salt study;- Conducted mold investigations at residential homes and commercial properties to determine leak/moisture sources, extent of mold contamination on surfaces and impact on air quality;- Drafting site plans to determine groundwater flow direction and aerial views of the site;- Completed oversight of Hollow-Stem Auguring and Monitor Well Installation;- Conducted Low-Flow Pump water sampling in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) environmental regulations; - Conducted hand Geo-probe soil core sampling of a fuel oil impacted site;- Completed oversight of well abandonment at former fuel oil impacted site.
