Involved in The Exchange 106 (KL Signature Tower), Tun Razak Exchange.- Design, build and maintenance of temporary M&E system for the site, site office and worker camp including LV power distribution for industrial usage, temporary lighting plan, emergency power plan, CCTV system, card access system, site office local area network, cold water and sanitary system, recycle water and storm water detention water system, temporary wet riser system. - On site coordination between developer, consultant, internal C&S team and M&E subcontractors. - Conduct routine inspection on the temporary M&E systems.- Monitor and record construction work progress of each trait.

- Design of complete electrical system including HT, LV and emergency power supply.- Design of various ELV systems including FTTH telephone, CCTV, card access, audio/video intercom, public address, SMATV and guard tour system.- Prepare tender, execute contract and conduct review of technical specification as well as commercial review.- Application and preparation of various submission to the local authorities and service providers until completion of projects.- Monitor on construction work progress, quality of work and ensure work is completed on time without compromising quality of work.- Provide appropriate technical advice and cost efficient solution related to all M&E works.- Liaise and establish strong network with authorities, clients and contractors.
