Current1) Monitored manufacturing production yield for LCD surface defect, analysing and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement as well as presented production yield data and analysis to senior management, providing transparency and accountability for production processes and outcome.2) Study and analyse that reasons for the product yield loss hence to improve the first pass yield as well as final yield of the LCD panel model. 3) Monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart, ensuring real time visibility into manufacturing process, analysing trend, and identifying the problems if the trend is shift from the target set. 4) Coordinated with cross functional teams, including engineering department, manufacturing department and quality control and assurance to ensure smooth integration of LCD panel into the final products.5) Conducted root cause analysis related to product and surface defect issues through the application of methodologies such as Drill down trend (DDT), Fishbone analysis and FMA.
