As organisation development consultant I help leadership of mission driven entreprises with often multi-complex development questions. I facilitate and design strategic change processes, retreats and learning journeys for mission driven leaders and organizations. My recent years at Triodos Bank and FMO have left me with a warm heart for values based financial institutions. Working with entrepreneurs and leaders of organizations energizes me. Contributing to meaningful transformation makes me smile.Currently, I advices leadership of mission driven enterprises on growth issues, strategy, and the impulse of their organisation. As part of the leadership of the Institute for Social Banking I help to develop the training offer of this network organisation of European mission driven banks.Recent experiences include FMO, the Dutch development bank, where I worked together with the Director Strategy. My responsabilities included the learning and development strategy 2020 - 2025, leadership development for the top 75 of the bank and the development of learning offers for clients and stakeholders as part of the COVID-19 response package, together with the Capacity Development department.From 2015 till mid 2019 I worked as Group Manager Learning and Development of Triodos Bank, the world’s leading sustainable financial institution. In this role I was responsible for the group-wide learning activities of the 1400+ co-workers. I built up the Triodos Academy and created initiatives that foster a lean, living, learning organizational culture, with a well-embedded mission throughout all layers of the organization. Building on a ten year carreer in documentary film making and cultural entrepeneurship (2000 – 2010) I started working as organization advisor at IMO – Instituut voor Mens en Organisatie-ontwikkeling. I worked in fields varying from health care and financials, to media production companies and social enterprises. As core group member I contributed to IMO’s Methodology of the Evidential, and the Horizontal Leadership concepts (2010-2015). As project leader of the Green Film Making Project I worked on bringing a sustainable innovation approach to the Dutch film sector (2011-2014). I am fascinated by the complexity of human individuals working together to bring their ideals to life.With a constant attention for processes, dialogue and the biography of the individual and of the organisation I support, I aim to contribute to the development of strategic visions, and help to create the right initiatives to make vision reality.
